This is one festival that I miss. While in Fiji we would go out on Diwali night especially to drive around and look at all the beautiful lantern, candle and fairy light decorations that people had put out - and to watch all the fireworks and listen to the bamboo cannons! What fun!Happy Diwali!
Ah - that would explain the pretty candles and lights round our neighbours' cell!Happy Diwali! Kind of nice to get a few days off, due to it pretty much coinciding with Eid.
Happy Diwali !
