The good people at Toot are worried because since they implemented an abuse-proof voting system at the beginning of this month, hardly anybody is voting. Which possibly proves that the Middle East is still not ready for democracy, or, more likely, you have better things to do with your. Time.

Anyhoo, Adventures in Dubai has slipped from its comfortable number two position, down to a feeble number five. This will not do.
