How to Cure the Speeding Problem

Authorities in Abu Dhabi have announced a scheme to eradicate speeding on two major highways in the Emirate. They're going to raise the speed limit from 120 kph (74.5 mph) to 160 kph (99.4 mph).

This will be for a 6-month trial period, and I'm pretty glad I never have to use the roads in question.
